The Parent Area - This is where our parents and students sign-in and out daily. Parents can also view what is on the menu for the day or see what we plan to learn. In addition you can view the latest newsletter and curriculum calendar. Below the parent area is our cubby shelf. Each child is given a cubby to keep their belongs.
Classroom View - view of our classroom. You can see our train table, and other centers in our classroom.
Circle Time Center - This is where we conduct circle time. Here we learn about the weather, days of the week, months, seasons and things like that.
Homeliving Center - In this view of our classroom you can see our home living area where we enjoy cooking for one another and pretending to run a restaurant.
Bulletin Board - Here is where we post our latest crafts creations. Here you can see we have made birds for spring time.
Reading Center - Here is a photo of our reading area...a favorite place to hang out.
Outside Play Area #1 - Here is our Step 2 Naturally Playful Climbing Structure which we enjoy using as a playhouse and a ship.
Outside Play Area #2 - This is a view of the other side of our yard which includes a big slide and one of our picnic tables.
Science Center - In this view you can see our ever changing science area.
We use this space to grow plants in the window seal, watch butterflies go through lifespans and other fun hands on science projects.
Writing Center - Here is our writing center. Children have the option to practice writing their name, alphabet, numbers and sight words during free play or center time.
Math Center - Here is our math center. Children have the option to practice counting using numerous tools provided which include lacing beads, block counters and abacus.
Art Center - Here is our art center. Children engage in many art mediums including finger paint, playdough, chalk, pencils, markers, different forms of paint brushes and various types of paper.
