The school (A.S.A.P.) provides a safe, clean, family atmosphere for the children who attend along with their families. It is a good number of students with no turn over with children enrolled. A Step Ahead Pre-school is the envy of all who are currently on the waiting list. The curriculum Mrs. Shayla teaches puts the A.S.A.P. children ahead so they will be more than prepared for the Pre-K and Kindergarten years.. My daughter has grown so much attending A.S.A.P. It’s been a great thing for her and our family. Mrs. Shayla is one of a kind; she has opened not only her house, but her heart for the children. She is like their mother when they are away from home. She and her family have become everyone’s extended family here in Atlanta. She is very humble for what she does,and what she provides for our children. Even though my daughter will not be attending next fall, I plan to keep my loyalty to the school and continue to still participate as an advocate for the school and the new members.

As an educator, I know the importance of establishing and maintaining an appropriate foundation for learning. A.S.A.P. provides my son a nurturing and hands-on learning environment. It is through experiential learning that he and his classmates are able to make sense of the world around them. I would highly recommend this school to any parent who is looking for a great, child-centered, loving environment for their child. A.S.A.P. raises the bar for other childcare centers and in-home daycares.

My sons absolutely love coming to A.S.A.P. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Children are allowed to explore and learn in the learning centers they choose, they interact and learn from each other during morning circle time, and have a daily art activity.
Mrs. Shayla is caring, patient and creative. She is the person parents want caring for their kids when parents can not.

Gabby has been going to A.S.A.P. for a little over a year and I am so impressed with the school. Mrs. Shayla has been so great and my daughter has learned so much because of the individual attention that she gets. A.S.A.P. is very organized and Mrs. Shayla teaches with so much passion. I am very satisfied and we will be here until kindergarten!
